Week 2: Beauty of Being You: A Tribute

 

Prompt: Create a tribute to yourself.  Think of all the wonderful things you do (even small things like holding the door open for someone) and add your positive characteristics, talents, and strengths.  Please don’t be modest.  You may use symbols (such as hearts) to symbolize unique aspects of your personality.  

 

Exploration Questions: 

  1. What do you most admire about yourself?
  2. What is your greatest achievement?
  3. When was the last time you gave yourself a pat on the back?
  4. Do you treat yourself as well as you treat others?
  5. How can you show yourself more empathy and support on a daily basis?
