Week 1: Loving Breath (with video)
Prompt: Listen to soothing music (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q6nobfTEbZc) and slowly breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth while imagining that you are being bathed in love, peace, and warmth. Imagine yourself breathing in peace, love, and calmness and breathing out anxiety and stress. Using colors, draw an outline of a person, and fill it with colors and images of calm, peace, love, and warmth.
